For example during my tenure one of the enterprises grew to over 400 staff and advised/managed/administered assets in excess of 12 billion and became the largest and leading independent wealth services group in Australia. These experiences provided me with extensive knowledge and sound judgement across all aspects of wealth services - whether that be managing the business (micro operational issues to major strategic decisions) or growing it (organically and via acquisitions) or preparing it for sale.
