Leveraging my interests and expertise, I am currently undertaking a secondment within the Global HR team, applying my skillset to the internal customer and focusing on colleague experience. With my key remit to lead the development of the 3 x year Wellbeing strategy at IHG, this is also aligned to my knowledge of and passion for Wellness outside of work. I am a qualified Personal Trainer and Health and Wellness Coach in association with the IAWP (International Association of Wellness Professionals). As a coach, my mission is to help women in their 30s plus to define and reach their optimal body as part of a healthy, sustainable lifestyle, so they can put an end to the diet rollercoaster for good and feel, look and show up as their best self every day.
