Ensuring inventories are regularly completed, arranging and recording maintenance of machinery/fleet Sourcing equipment with a committment to Best Value. Teamwork/Motivational - As part of a small team, often working under great pressure flexibility, initiative and a commitment to team work is essential. Awareness of roles, responsibilities and capabilities of staff, acknowledging strengths and working to improve weaknesses with training/mentoring. Line management of team who won the Top Team Award - Employee Achievement Awards 2010 and achieved Kaizen Daily Improvement (KDI) Award in 2012. Drive improvement by continuously looking at best practice models
