Scope: Join suppliers’ and Airbus internal needs for a cost optimisation (project power 8) • Management of enablement project: implementation of processes, contractual review (re-evaluation of Terms & Conditions /extract implementation - Standard parts contracts negotiation, amendment and follow-up), financial follow-up, business cases • Continuous improvement: support on needs evaluation for a logistic platform implementation, processes and roadmap improvement (A350, BU, service provider, free issue).
