Meets with TPM’s with regards to Production Coverage, Production Yield, Liquidation, Inventory Management and monthly performance.Manufacturing Operations – Quilting, Bedding, Sewing, Spring Department Ensure the attainment of targets set by the management regarding KRA, QPI, GPA & Productivity Improvement Programs Prepare and monitor daily production schedule per section and their Quality Performance Indicators. (Based on manpower allocation, machine downtime, materials availability & other auxiliaries) Directs, coordinates, monitor and evaluates work activities of production personnel according to the company productivity and quality standards. Prepare and analyze Department’s Budget for the year.; Production Planning / Toll Management Operations – PPIC & Logistic Department Overall In-Charge in directing & planning, controlling, monitoring, coordinating and handling inquiries of different subcontractors (sewing services). Organize and evaluate Bill of Materials, Routing, motion & time study on newly launch products of the Department. Recommends and implements actions and procedure, which would contribute to the productivity and quality of the department. Handles Inventory, Monitoring & Controlling of Stocks (SKU from RM, WIP, FG in each product line) Provide Corrective/Preventive/Improvement Action Report for non-attainment of targets. ISO Steering Committee / IQA Auditor Conducts Internal Quality Audit to all level of the organization in order to measure its effectiveness.  Maintaining the documentation and auditing for QMS as per ISO 9001:2008 Standards.  Prepare and monitor corrective, preventive and improvement action report. • 7S Auditor  Monitor and implements 7S programs in all department.  Evaluates and recommends suggestive ideas to have the systematic order and to keep the work place conducive for working. • Handles and monitor all productivity & improvement project.  Schedules and Conducts monthly audit of all proposed projects.  Provide assistance to staff & production workers to form quality circle.  Prepare Manuscript for QCC project.
