My goal is to find every client ideal housing and to assist them with proper acclimation to their new city. What that means is touring them in the area they want to live and familiarizing them with shopping, banking, schools, transportation, restaurants, hospitals, pharmacies, parks, etc. I provide the contacts for utilities set-up, cable/internet set up, locations of social security offices and DMV. I am with my clients through the entire process, from their arrival and our first search to the lease signing and throughout the lease term as a support system and resource. Many of my clients refer friends, colleagues and family to me, as well as come back to rent again or to purchase sale properties. I thoroughly enjoy meeting new people, learning about their homelands and cultures, while sharing my love for New York with them. It is both easy and a pleasure for me to welcome individuals and families here and watch them fall in love with what I believe is the greatest city in the world! In my role as an assistant project manager, I have the pleasure and satisfaction of seeing a project from its inception all the way through to the end product. I am instrumental throughout the project working with contractors, designers and architects as well as the client in understanding the vision and facilitating all the steps to get there. That can include scheduling, supervising, negotiating, accepting deliveries, billing, placing orders and punch lists. Its a very gratifying role and has very tangible results. I enjoy the process as well as diversity of projects, but mostly I enjoy helping our clients see their vision come to fruition.
