Geri Gidaswara Email & Phone Number | - Support Feasibility Study Team from Head Office for preparing new project promotion which are can be fund through ODA (Official Development Assistance) or Private Funding - Collecting data through field survey from existing project for new development the project. - Maintaining on going Project for possibility addendum contract and preparing explanatory note for addendum contract if necessary and coordinating with office manager for project’s disbursement for invoicing to the client. - Coordinating with Engineer from Head Office for preparing Technical and Financial Proposal to be submitted to Tender Committee. - Review Curriculum Vitae for Candidate Engineer/Professional which will be include in Tender Proposal. - Responsible on a daily basis for the implementation of the awarded project. - Facilitate and monitor the implementation of projects and progress report of the projects and maintain relationship to client - Review local partner for joining Association for Project Tender which funded by ODA or Private - Support mobilization of Personnel for awarded project ( Prepared Expatriate’s Documents for working Permit application) - Responsible for evaluating project documents and prepare correspondence letter to client - Preparing contracts including budgets, and cash flow assisted by the accounting office. - Supervise and Review all Accounting & Finance’s Project Offices which funded by ODA (Overseas Development Assistance) and Private funding, in order to meet Company’s procedure and regulation and also establish effective internal control. - Responsible Daily Accounting & Finance Activities, including Petty Cash, Bank Transaction and all Reconciliation, - Prepare Monthly and Yearly Tax Report (VAT,W/H Tax Article 21, 23, 4(2)), - Prepare monthly payroll and calculate W/H Tax Article 21. - Prepare Monthly consolidate Financial statement as well as annual and Internal report to Head Office - Facilitate liaison with Internal and external auditor and deal with any irregular Financial issues as they arise. - Handling and Maintenance Balance sheet items, including Account Payable, Account Receivable, Fixed Assets maintenance, General Ledger. - Reconcile All Bank and Petty Cash. - Prepare Statement of Account for Principal in order to provide information for Management. - Record Accounting Daily Activities. - Prepare Financial Report Monthly and Yearly. - Cost Controlling for matching Budget vs Actual.
