My conclusion: Talking to a group of students is not a very efficient way of teaching. The technologies available today provide the means to solve these problems! I have set up a youtube channel (Boemlauw Natuurkunde) and am changing my teaching style. Keywords: Personalised Education, Flipping the Classroom, Gamification and EduScrum. Since academic year '16-'17, I am conducting PhD research on the application of autonomy supportive gamification to motivate and empower students in secondary physics education. Not only am I transforming my own classroom, I am coaching and training colleagues to help them do the same!
