Prior to joining The Hershey Company, Jerry worked for KPMG, LLP in New York City. Jerry has been a member of FEI since 1997 and recently served as Chair of the FEI Hall of Fame Selection Advisory Council and a member of the Financial Executves Research Foundation Strategic Planning Committee. Jerry served on the national Board of FEI for 10 years and was the Chairman of the Board in 2009 – 2010. Jerry previously served as Senior Vice President at Large and as Chair of FEI’s Diversity Committee, Secretary, Treasurer and Chair of FEI’s Budget and Finance and Pension and Investment Committees, Area Vice President and as an Area Director for the North Atlantic region. Jerry was President of the Central Pennsylvania Chapter of FEI from 2000 – 2001 and for many years was responsible for the Chapter’s local sponsorship and Outstanding Student Award programs. Jerry is a CPA and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He holds an MBA degree from Rutgers University Graduate School of Business.
