Advanced expertise in (i) high-stakes business transactions and asset sales, (ii) complex contract negotiations and drafting, including commercial agreements, vendor agreements, purchase & sale agreements, licensing agreements, loan agreements, technology, data, database, software, and intellectual property related agreements, and M&A and other corporate related documents; (iii) data protection and monetization, and data privacy law compliance (including HIPAA, GLBA, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)); (iv) corporate law, governance, and compliance, (v) regulatory compliance, (vi) employee matters and internal investigations, (vii) advising Executive Team and Board of Directors on key legal and compliance related issues, and (viii) mergers and acquisitions and private equity financing. Responsible for creating data protection program for company as well as fraud training, prevention, and detection programs, protocols and procedures.
