My logistics experience allows the job to meet or beat the schedule by planning ahead and having a pro-active approach to construction. Working within a team environment to accomplish installations in a strategic method where all disciplines benefit and coordinate together rather than as individual entities that many times have very little consideration for each others scope. Communication and coordination benefit everyone and I make it my job to pursue a combined effort. I have experience in construction from the ground up, or the ground down. I have worked with several types of construction methods including wood, concrete (tilt up, precast, an post tension) and steel structures including IWP (insulated wall panels). I think about sleeve locations and fire ratings and the future when viewing drawings. Anyone can core-drill or install raceway on the surface of a structure, but the people that plan ahead and think outside the box will make more money for the company and build a better relationship for the company with owners, customers and other contractors.
