Twenty five years later this advanced thermal buildings implemented Componants methodologies remain so technologically advanced our innovative design continues to lead the Sustainable, Green Building industry today. Our invention incorporating advanced building techniques, innovative engineering methodologies of specfying "LOW MASS" thermal material dynamics constructing the buildings envelope. These technological advanced green building techniques and practices are needed in truly achieving zero carbon building emissions affordably. Resulting in the only known Commercial Development to obtain a truly Zero Energy- Zero Maintenance Energy Efficient building enclosure system.
