In each case, I was able to establish lasting customer relationships and generate high profit margins of sales over 1ML within five years. As an HR Director and Recruiter, I have managed and carried out all the functions of Human Resources and Recruiting, working directly for a medium size electrical/mechanical contractor, as well as with a few construction trades staffing companies.
