With 12 years experience working in community pharmacy as a qualified dispenser I seized the opportunity to work behind the scenes so to speak and broaden my knowledge and understanding of pharmacy. PSNC is all about promoting and supporting the interests of all NHS community pharmacy's in England and the work we do covers so many different areas that there is never a dull moment. As part of the Dispensing and Supply team I assist pharmacy teams with a wide range of queries such as appliance issues/queries, discount not deducted, endorsement and reimbursement queries to name but a few. As well as providing support to contractors and pharmacy teams I am the lead on the Part VIII Usual Proposals, issues/queries relating to branded medicine shortages. I also co-ordinate the Dispensing and Supply Team communications and content for PSNC's monthly Community Pharmacy News.
