In my current role as ‘Cards Head’, I oversee every aspect of the cards business and have full management of the associated P and L. In the past 3 years I have reenergized the banks card business through the implementation of a portfolio optimization and operational excellence program, which allowed us to grow market share and improve profitability. My other qualities include strong relationship and interpersonal skills, Great imagination and creativity, excellent team leader and player, enjoy teaching and learning, and focused on delivery.
