In-house & customer issues corrective action taken through internal CAPA & G8D. Planning and conducting training for the suppliers on quality concepts to improve the quality of materials supplied. Trainings conducted to suppliers on 5S, Problem Solving through, 7 QC tools etc., Coordinate with Subordinates to check and clear all Incoming raw glass as per the Quality Plan. Handling Incoming Related Issues and Organizing for Interim & Long term Corrective Actions (To Avoid the Production Hold). Monthly Report/Data preparation like, Supplier wise PPM Trend. Direct responsible to avoid line stoppage at customer end.
