I have completed my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Grand Canyon University in 2019 and will be pursuing my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology in 2024/2025. I am part of a Burn Children Recovery Foundation that has been working with children and adolescents for 33 years, and now I am the lead counselor for that burn foundation. I have worked with a variety of different populations, having gained experience in trauma therapy I have experience in working with children, adolescents and adults who have experienced trauma. I currently work with adolescents, young adults, adults, and older adults and currently conduct Telehealth counseling services in WA. My approach integrates a range of evidenced based therapeutic interventions involving collaborative CBT therapy, Solutions-Focused therapies, DBT therapy, Art Therapy, Music therapy, while incorporating mindfulness techniques. Leading with empathy and a nonjudgmental approach, my focus is around identifying strengths and guiding clients in making changes towards their future.
