Frank began his professional career with AngloGold Ashanti Ghana as a National Service Employee and joined the exploration team from 2011 to 2014, and then later rejoined from 2019 to the present. Frank Kwame Gour's job deals with planning drill holes, budgeting, and scheduling for exploration drilling. He has excellent knowledge of the surface and subterranean exploration processes. His passion for knowledge has brought him to numerous conferences. Frank has had the opportunity to attend numerous exploration workshops, including one hosted by the Centre for Exploration targeting-Australia (2013) and one also hosted by Ghana-Tanzania Business unit (2022) and Tarkwa (2022). His most recent workshop was on Structural Geophysics in Sierra Leone, Freetown (2023), where he met Jack Jessell, an industry-leading Structural Geophysicist, and a team of experts from Egypt, Zambia, France, Australia, Mali, Senegal, Democratic Republic of Congo, and Tanzania. Frank regards Structural Geophysics as the way forward in discovering new deposit. The passing on of knowledge gained through experience to new generations is one of Frank's lifelong goals and interests. He is of the opinion that young people, given the appropriate training and direction, can achieve success in the mining business. He does passionately assist in the training of students from various universities. He is a member of both the Ghana Institute of Geoscientists (GHIG) and the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM)
