Remakable achievements: - Responsible of the improvement of the dunning process with the creation of an highly complex Excel spreadsheet, that allows the tracking, recording and quick creation of 3 different models of dunning letters, translated into 20 different languages. Originally, it was a Word template that required manual input and approximately 30 minutes to create a single letter. Thanks to my highly efficient tool, the time was reduced to 10 seconds. - As a person reluctant to waste paper unnecesarily, I also took the initiative to improve our refund process. It required originally 4 printed sheets per client, but I came with the idea of reducing it to 0 by using 2 excel spreadsheets: One as a main database to keep track of the status of each refund, and a template used on a weekly basis by adding new batches of clients. Thanks to the formulas included in the spreadsheet that automated most of the process, I also reduced greatly the workload required for Sales, Finance and Senior Management.
