In this role, I structured the department introducing new roles and shaping the internal communication flow, setting up a more clear and neat hierarchy. My academic path culminated in defending my Ph.D thesis in Geophysics/Eart Science (Seismic reflection data processing) that led me to work in one of the leading company in the Oil&Gas.
