Fran has represented college students in university-related disciplinary matters, including charges of sexual misconduct, conducted hearings before the New York State Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board, and represented clients being investigated or called as witnesses by investigatory and administrative agencies. Fran also handles matrimonial and family law matters in Supreme and Family Court including divorce, custody, child support, visitation and spousal support, paternity, abuse and neglect, domestic violence and family and related party orders of protection. In addition to trials, Fran has negotiated divorce settlements, child custody agreements, pre- and postnuptial agreements, guided clients through divorce mediations, represented parties in child protection agency investigations and proceedings and young clients prosecuted in Family Court.
