Florinda Friend Email & Phone Number | If you had told me 4 years ago that I would be working in a warehouse operating heavy machinery, I would have told you that you were crazy! After all, I was a graphic designer. I worked in an office behind a computer. I knew nothing about warehouses or logistics. And then...COVID. Fast forward 4 years, 9,500+ hours of industrial machine operations experience, managing a logistics department with 15 direct reports and creating a donations program that donates almost 1 million annually to our local community. I am an Amazon warehouse employee. So, who am I? Well, I’m creative (of course), down-to-earth, a little serious, and have a whole lot of work ethic. I take pride in being a dork and try to learn something new every day. Ask me about traveling or the latest concert I have been to, and my face will light up. But most of all, I am a great candidate for positions that require alternate solutions to complex problems. So, where am I going? With the completion of my bachelor's degree, my goal is to transition into a sector that implements my strongest skills and excites me. I want to wake up every day knowing that I will be finding creative solutions, benefiting the community around me, and developing the best upcoming talent.
