In my current roles as founder of EYCarbon and Leader of EYSpark I try to turn our B2B model into an H2H (Human to Human) model, which is 100 % client centric, technology enabled, supported by an agile organization and founded on a CEX (customer experience first) culture. All this to strive for maximum impact and value creation, which is no longer measured in EURO, but in the long term value we add to our all future. I strongly believe that it is the people behind a project or concept, not merely its quality that determines success. That is why I have been ever since interested in finding the key success factors for the implementation of innovative strategies and in motivating people in a way that makes change happen effectively and sustainably. As I have been interested in Retail and Consumer since ever and the human drivers of demand and consumption me and my sector team are working with the key players in the Retail and Consumer Product sector on similar themes. I strongly believe that the best results are driven by an analytical approach combined with proven practices and consistent methodologies and fresh thinking.
