Flora is admitted to the state bars of New York and New Jersey, as well as the Federal District Court of New Jersey. She is also a member of the New York State Bar Association, Brooklyn Bar Association, Volunteer Lawyers Program, and was the recipient of the New York State Bar Association Pro Bono Award, 1995.
