Chartered Fellow of HRNZ (CFHRNZ) and winner of the HRNZ HR Business Contribution Award for two years back to back (2017 and 2018). National finalist for HRNZ Awards for HR Generalist of the Year (2019), Organisational Development and Change (2019), and HR Technology (2018). Also HR industry awards judge for 2021 and 2022.
