Developing and leading the successful implementation of the Trust’s strategies in relation to Whiteley Homes Trusts Care provision. Communicate Trust strategy to all directorate employees and supporting them in understanding the departmental strategy and implementing change initiatives as required. Providing inspirational leadership for staff, motivating them to achieve strategic objectives and develop within the organisation. Promoting the Trust, creating strong external relationships that enhance WHT reputation at local and national level to support growth, impact and sustainability.
