Manage and process incoming Professor reserve lists. Purchase order all inventory for library, supplies, books, and other library needs. Follow up with purchasing office when necessary. Assist in the supervision, and assignment of student employees. Bibliographic Assistant IV- Avery library- 2010-2012 Process all incoming serial periodicals for the Avery library collection. Communicate with publishers, and/or editors when necessary if there is a lag in issues. Assist in creating and maintaining a database of active, and inactive periodicals. Process items needing to be bound, and sent to the bindery. Access items returning from the bindery assuring the information is accurate, and in good condition. Communicate with the bindery service as needed. Process and route periodicals that will be sent to the OFFSITE collections. Prepare shipment boxes following the appropriate regulations.
