This is the first long-term LNG arrangement containing specific environmental criteria and requirements designed to ultimately reduce the carbon footprint of the LNG supplies, • Advised upon investment contracts, shareholder agreements, and LNG SPAs valued at over US10B relating to the expansion of an LNG production facility in the US for QatarEnergy. • Coordinated the QatarEnergy legal team that acquired 30% participating interest in companies holding 8 concessions in Vaca Muerta Basin. • Completed complex negotiations for participation in a major Brazilian oilfield, with equity in a large refinery, and transfer of 240 petrol stations earning US500M, for Repsol YPF Brasil S.A. My qualifications include a Juris Doctor from Universidad Nacional de Mar del Plata, a Master of Business (Petroleum) from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro and postgrad qualifications in Oil & Gas Law from Universidad de Buenos Aires. I am a Graduate of Executive Programs with Cranfield University and Instituto Argentino de la Empresa. I am tri-lingual in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
