Regular massages provide ongoing benefits for pain management and relief by helping prevent issues from escalating. Every body is different and a single approach won't work for everyone and so I have trained in a range of different massage modalities including specialist Massage for Cancer patients, Hydrotherm Massage, Hot Stones Massage , Reflexology, etc I am a qualified and UK insured independent mobile massage therapist. My educational background includes a Holistic Honours Diploma in Massage which covers different manual massage techniques and I have been keeping my knowledge updated with continuous professional development and membership to a professional association. Previous massage experiences include working in Gym environments where I’ve helped people recover from overused muscles and injury recovery; working in Luxury Spas allowing the body and mind to relax in the moment; working onboard has helped me understand how to assess movement and mobility in a short amount of time. I’ve used this knowledge to provide massage in the comfort of your home and I’ve priced the sessions so that regular self-care is sustainable. We offer our specialist massages in our Therapy Room.
