  Farah Yousufzai is a I hold an extensive experience and expertise in Criminal Litigation. I have appeared before High Courts and Special Courts in cases pertaining to white and blue-collar crimes. I am passionate about the reforms in the Criminal Justice System and in pursuance of my passion I have worked with various national and international organizations. In these Organizations, I have been involved in the processes of legislative drafting and advocacy. I take a keen interest in death penalty cases and from 2017 to 2019 I was inducted into a panel of advocates by the High Court of Sindh to represent death penalty convicts who could not afford legal representation. In 2019, I was inducted as Special Prosecutor for National Accountability Bureau, I remained there till January 2022, before joining Akbar, Sarki, Ali & Co, as Associate Partner. I graduated from the University of Karachi in the year 2011, I completed my LLB from Hamdard University in the year 2014 and started my career as a practitioner. I obtained a Master's degree in Criminology from the University of Karachi in the year 2018 and currently, I am pursuing my M. Phil from the University of Karachi. I have gained a reputation as a Criminal, Constitutional, Medical Negligence and Malpractice Lawyer. My practice also includes; Assessment of Risk Management for Cooperations, White collar Crimes including Offences in respect of Banks, Anti-money Laundering, Anti-human Trafficking, Fraud, Cyber Crimes, Anti-terrorism, Immigration Laws, Deportation and Expatriation Laws, Defamation, Anti-narcotics and Drugs Laws and various other special areas. I have been involved in national and international organizations on policy development, legislative reforms and advocacy. I am currently working as a Senior Legal researcher/legislative draftsperson for the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), I have worked for Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) and have assisted GIZ on multiple projects in relation to Criminal Justice reforms. I have worked as a Research Scholar for the University of New York, Virtual Library and I have co-authored a paper on Pakistan's Legal System and the Iranian Legal system that has been published in the Virtual Library of the University of New York. I am a published author, I have co-authored Medico-Legal Digest, Pakistan's first book on forensic science and its use in criminal practice in Pakistan. I have been associated with the Hamdard School of Law since 2016 as Lecturer, and I have remained an Adjunct Professor at Ziauddin University of Law.
