Initially, I used fitness as an outlet for my life stresses, but later discovered the many physical and mental benefits from a regular fitness program. Clients connect to me because I have gone through weight-gain and loss, as well as, over-come many hardships. I believe in total wellness and there are many aspects to health than just going to a gym. Mind, body and spirit all make up complete health. I believe in training the mind, as much as, training the body. Our mental health gets taxed from all the traumas and daily stresses in life. I have over-come numerous trials and traumatic events, as well as, know the daily stresses of raising children while building my career.
