Having left private practice at a magic circle law firm in London in 2014, Fahim moved in-house by joining his then client, KCI, a global woundcare management company. In October 2019, KCI was acquired by 3M. Fahim is passionate about raising awareness and eliminating all forms of discrimination, as well as taking an active role in mentoring the next generation of aspiring lawyers from disadvantaged backgrounds and communities. Fahim has always strived to break the barriers that continue to exist in helping such aspiring lawyers reach their full potential and beyond.
