I specialize in Italian and Western cuisine and well know Asian cuisine since I been working in asian more than 20years between China, Hong Kong and India in International company (Hyatt south Asia pacific) I have an extensive exposure to various cuisines such as Asian also. I been done open project experience is my past, Starting from deciding the concept of the Hotel/ Restaurant, sourcing product, kitchen design and equipments layout. I am highly driven Executive Chef and coordinator, my first priority is the customer satisfaction, I strong believe that the customer is the key point in F&B, by serving them with delicate food and giving them a memorable experience. I also very cost and profit driven, I focus a lot on the company budget and profit in order to achieve best results in the year.
