I think most employers will say, my greatest strength can also be a weakness. That is, if I passionately believe in something, I will stand up and fight for that belief. I will do everything in my power to fight for the rights of all of my students, their families, the school community and myself. They will also say that I am willing to change my mind, if I am given a logical reason that makes sense to me. That means listening, with compassion, and sharing knowledge together in order to come to a common ground.
