Shifting leads to the improvement, finding a path, or even transformation of the challenge - so sometimes even "impossible" situations become achievable. 𝙎𝙚𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙞𝙨 𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙪𝙧𝙛𝙖𝙘𝙚 🌱 When connecting and talking with the CEO or business owner, I can sense the dynamics of their business and support them to move what is required that their business (or some specific area of it) can come into the flow. 🙋‍♀️When I conduct team meetings, meetings flow way better and what is necessary comes to the surface and is resolved in the most beneficial way for business and all involved. 𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙄 𝙖𝙢 𝙙𝙤𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙞𝙨 𝙖𝙣 𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙤𝙛: ✔my study and research - University study of psychology, various consciousness and systemic approaches, energy psychology, various coaching systems, and personal and interpersonal dynamics research. ✔my experiences: for 20 years working as a coach, team development trainer, leading various personal development workshops and doing transformational coaching sessions. . . ✔me as a being - I am a highly intuitive person, who senses what is going on behind what is on the surface.
