Mentoring student leaders involved in co-curricular activities and academic discussions is something that brings me joy and energy. Throughout the various roles that I have held within Student Affairs I have found that I have supported student growth when serving as an advisor, conduct hearing officer, and supervisor. Having worked at Big Ten, private STEM, and regional campuses I have experienced a variety of institution types that have allowed me to work within multiple leadership structures with diverse student populations. In my experiences as a Hall Director, Graduate Supervisor, and Graduate Intern, I have had the opportunity to work with racially and socioeconomically diverse staff teams. This has pushed me to further my understanding of my own identities and accompanying privilege so that I can best support my students. When I am not working with students I spend time interacting with my friends and family. Having grown up in Cincinnati, Ohio I am an avid fan of various college and professional sports teams in Ohio, which poses its own challenges! When traveling I enjoy exploring the various college campuses and breweries at whichever city I am in.
