Proficient in OPERA V5 and Opera Cloud, and PEP as well as HLO Forecasting, Yardi Voyager, Birchstreet, A3, Marketbasket and Ultipro scheduling. Within the last 2 years I have successfully helped manage 2 Union properties, assisted in 2 hotel transitions as well as a hotel sale and full rebrand and conversion. I’ve had the opportunity to assist other properties as task force to train other team members and meet some great people in the industry. I have dedicated the last 7+ years to learning and growing with the hospitality industry, as much as possible to prepare myself for the next steps in my career, wherever that may go. I've been lucky enough to work with some amazing people and look forward to what the future holds.
