Eser Taban Email & Phone Number | On July 14th, 2010 I started as 1stL Technical Support at Atos. Our tasks included supporting customers with hardware or software problems. We tried to solve the problems within the given framework through remote meetings. If the problems could not be solved remotely, we forwarded the case to the 2ndL or the on-site service via the ticket system. After a year at 1stL I switched to continuous improvement. I worked for 10 years as Continuous Improvement Specialist for Siemens Global Account at Atos Istanbul. We supported all Siemens locations worldwide. My tasks included continuous improvement and full customer orientation and quality. We analyzed customer surveys and compared them with our services and processes. When bugs were found, we worked closely with the process team and change management to fix them according to process and quality regulations. Finally, these activities were logged and reported to management. My main goal has always been to keep the CSAT value, which plays an important role in KPIs, within the defined framework. As our project moved from Atos Istanbul to Atos Spain, I moved to the Complaints Department. I have been working there as a complaint coordinator since April 2021. We support all Siemens employees in EMAE and MEA It is our job to coordinate the resolver groups and track the escalations that have been initiated.
