My preventative emphasis focuses on developing setting events and antecedents that support client strengths and protective factors while better mitigating or completely eliminating relevant home, school, and community risk factors. Operating from a framework of comprehensive, evidence-based preventive-interventions, I approach case conceptualization as a dynamic progression grounded in utilizing multi-method, multi-informant assessment data to develop specific, measurable treatment goals aligned with individualized prevention-intervention plans and sustainable systems for progress monitoring.
