Corporate Mobility / Human Resources • Assembled and supervised the nation's largest in-house U.S. immigration program (35-55 professional subordinates; 6 functional groups). • Established internal customer service initiatives, I-9 compliance and founded U.S. Immigration HELP Desk, for workforce of 20,000 employees. • Introduced and oversaw in-house Motion to Reopen and Appellate strategy, saving hundreds of thousands of dollars, annually. • Led successful USCIS, Labor Department, and internal client audits and pioneered immigration compliance/engagement roadshows at more than 100 client sites throughout the U.S. • Successfully oversaw highly publicized 2015 Southern California Edison audit.
