SLDCADA Administrator and CSR • Serving as the payroll administrator responsible for all civilian employees pay matters and serving as the direct liaison with all DCPS/DFAS matters. • Attend yearly Civilian Payroll Office CDR Conference taking part in classes Financial Management Analyst (CIVPERS Analyst)• Responsible for pulling all FRINGE, Undistributed, and Labor Corrections each pay period close to reconcile accounting for CIVPER’s labor. Ensure all reports are worked accurately and timely for proper month end closing. • Creating FY phasing plans for labor to be able to track trends and plan vs. actual labor that is executing each pay period. Estimating all vacant positions to ensure this is within our budget for the fiscal year to give the comptroller an overall picture of the command and all CIVPER’s labor.. • Analyze reports for labor to figure an estimate for FY11 CIVPER’s labor for higher authority. • Formulates monthly FTE reports for BUMED data calls. Must compile and analyze data returned from all NMSC activities to analyze accurate data. Tracking any trends in compensation, FTE end strength or hours per month, any changes are reviewed and reconciled each month.
