Personally performed several services from architecting, engineering, managing, troubleshooting security technology to performing incident response following a virus outbreak. Defined and executed the company's strategy from a technical perspective until 2010. Then performed a management buy out with two colleagues to become owner and CEO of it in 2011, the company at that point was ~30 FTE. Rebranded to DearBytes in 2012, and reshaped the strategy to fully focus on providing managed security services. In 2015 opened the 24x7 Security Operations Center in The Hague. In 2017 sold DearBytes to KPN when the company was ~100 FTE. Stayed on as CTO for KPN's security services unit. Left KPN at the end of 2018 for a sabbatical. Married, father of 2 :)
