Where as a 24 year old FSU college grad usually starts as a substitute teacher I landed my first job right out of college as a High School teacher overseeing 200 students in west Boca Raton. 2. Next my modeling career took off and along with the top Miami based agency at the time Irene Marie Model Management in South Beach Florida I ran all of my appearances, shoots, coordinated promotions and travel for myself and sometimes others. 3. I solely owned, operated and successfully ran a small boutique in downtown Delray Beach. I managed everything from taxes, inventory, employees, buildout, promotions, events and sales. 4. I moved to Nyc looking for a position to get my foot in the door in a new big city... Within a month I was hired to be a buyer/manager for a retail chain Denim Habit in the meatpacking district overseeing employees, in charge of buying goods and attending trade shows and breaking projected sales every month. 5. I have taken on Real Estate in south Florida one because I enjoy real estate and most importantly it gave me the flexibility to be at home with my children as they were infants and not in school. In first year I was acknowledged as top 10% producers in South Florida Real Estate 6. Most recently I was recruited to be a Franchise Sales Manager… making relationships and interviewing potential business owners. I quickly learned I was gifted at the opportunity to build relationships with people. In my first month I sold 3 franchises in my first year I sold 33! This is unheard of in the franchise world. This career abruptly ended with COVID-19 hit I hope that gives you a little more background and insight to my abilities and ambition. One of my favorite sayings is “if you want to get something done give it to someone who is busy” and I believe this to be so true. The busier I am the happier.
