We created ALPS Ibex to address this gap in practice and help people collect and use evaluation data effectively to drive learning, capability, performance and impact. ALPS Ibex, a learning evaluation, analytics, and feedback (LEAF) platform, supports data collection, analysis, and display of results in real-time, empowering all stakeholders to gain insights, make decisions, and act to improve L&D and its impact. ALPS Ibex automates the process so every team member can learn to act on insights. Data does not create value. People acting on data creates value. My vision is to deliver data-based insights to all stakeholders in real-time allowing them to act on those insights to improve L&D processes, outcomes and impacts.
