Expert in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), SalesForce, team building, lead generation and strategy. I have served as a member of the M&A and acquisition integration team at several companies as well. Finally, I am proud to bring innovative approaches to customer problems and have assisted in the development of several new products as well as patent applications. Experienced in intellectual property (IP) licensing agreements as well as litigation. I have served as an expert witness in US Federal Court multiple times (Delaware and DC districts) on IP matters and have been the lead negotiator at court-sponsored mediation talks.
