I’ve spent time in 1000 room hotels to very intimate affairs of dinner for 2 in local homes with amazing catering companies. Rockstars, presidents, actors along with a multitude of brides and grooms. From Koshers birthdays to Indian wedding I’ve had the privilege of helping to host some amazing functions. Through my career I’ve meet and worked with some of the best Chefs, cooks and utility workers in the business. I’ve had the honor to train and develop some great cooks into even better Chefs and they can be found working for some of the top companies in Indianapolis and abroad. I hope to continue on this culinary path for another 20+ years. I have a lot more mouths to feed, expectations to exceed, and cooks to inspire and develop.
