These elements provide to stakeholders a way to enter to a more innovative era, to digitalize, with a transversal and collaborative approach. I managed one big program participating to this big transformation. Designing and implementing, managing also the day to day helped me to see where we get real benefits or what difficulties in change management it implies and to identify how to do better next time.
