Emma Mace Email & Phone Number | It comes as no surprise to me that I have chosen to follow a career in teaching. When I taught a Chinese lady business law, way back in 1993, I knew then that teaching was for me as I enjoyed it so much. During my career as a lawyer, I took undertook legal seminars, which I again enjoyed very much. Following an 11-year break, to focus on my children (our eldest child has special educational needs), I completed a CELTA course in December 2014. My previous experience includes working as a learning support assistant at a central London primary school. I currently volunteer for the Metropolitan charity helping a young Afghan woman learn English. My passion for charities includes sitting on two committees. One of the committees is part of a community centred foundation, which reaches out to needy schools in 4 London areas. I head up a volunteer reading program as part of the foundation. I love the challenge of learning the theories and reasoning of teaching, as well as the pure satisfaction of knowing that my students have learnt something.
