Understanding how the life sciences sector operates most effectively is a key interest - its interaction with healthcare, academia, research institution and the various funding sources being fundamental. Creation of exciting place, where collaboration will drive science, is also a focus. I maintain a very current awareness of all things which impact the corporate real estate agenda including sustainability, ESG related opportunities and talent related objectives. I take an active interest in diversity at Knight Frank and chaired the original Board which established the framework for our Business Balance initiative and I now actively participate in the firms ERG programme and mentor next gen colleagues. I am a Trustee of Club Peloton- the charity raising funds within the real estate sector to support disadvantaged young people and providing an opportunity to network within the industry at all levels..and ride my bike! I'm a graduate of Oxford Brookes University and was delighted to be asked to give the Graduation Speech in 2023.
