This included their 'global home' (britishcouncil.org) and websites for the 100+ countries where the British Council has a presence around the world, as well as the editor interface for our new CMS platform. My previous experience includes 6 years at digital agency Precedent; 2 of which were spent leading a digital team of 10 designers and developers as head of their studio in Wales. During my time at Precedent, I also delivered to clients as a Senior UX Strategist, leading a wide range of large-scale projects within the higher education, not-for-profit and professional services sectors. I have a background in international development, which I have been lucky enough to develop at both Precedent and British Council - leading user research, usability testing and design projects overseas, exploring user behaviours and drawing together insights to improve product design and engagement with global audiences.
